Make it stand out.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Beyond the physical benefits, hot & cold therapy invites you to pause — to dwell.
to be present in your body, grounded in nature, and connected to place. we see this not just as therapy, but as an act of belonging: slowing down, breathing deeply, and rediscovering the rhythms of the natural world around you.
Make it stand out.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Hi, I’m Cadie — and together with my husband Matt, we’ve created Dwell as a place where people can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect.
For us, nature isn’t just the setting — it’s part of the whole experience. The wild swimming pond, the wood-fired sauna, the ice plunge pools… they all bring you back to something elemental. It’s therapy for the mind, body, and soul — a way of finding stillness and strength in the simplest of things.
My work as a therapist and coach has taught me how vital rest and reflection really are. Dwell grew out of that space — a desire to help people find calm, to listen to themselves, and to make time for genuine self-care. Matt brings his creativity and design background, shaping the land and the spaces with care and purpose. Together, we’re building something that feels deeply personal and grounded.
At the heart of it all is a belief that rest shouldn’t be a luxury — it should be something everyone can experience. We’re always learning how to balance that: offering something beautiful and restorative, while keeping it accessible and fair. It’s a work in progress, but one we hold close.
Our Christian faith is what roots us in this journey. We see ourselves as caretakers of this land — entrusted with it to create a place of peace, restoration, and connection. Whether you come here to be quiet, to reflect, or to simply breathe in the fresh air — our hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more centred, and a little more yourself.
